When I sign in to my account on the Sonos website and go to System, the list contains products I no longer own, like an old Play 5.  The Play 5 was actually recycled.  I did not deregister it before that.  But there doesn’t seem to be any way to get it off the list.  I know it doesn’t do any harm for it to be there.  I would just like to clean things up.  Thanks.

It does no harm.

It wouldn’t be removed from your “registration” until someone else “registered” it. Think of it of a list of all items you’ve had and not sold to someone else. 

I’ve got a few devices on mine that I also recycled, it’s really not an issue. Unless you choose to look at that data every day :)
