Hi,

I have Sonos beam gen 2 connected to my sony X80J. Audio volume is good for youtube, TV feedback sound, etc. However, whenever I play a video from streaming services or USB, volume is very low.

So everytime I am trying to watch something from streaming services or off my USB, I will need to boost sound to 40-50. Youtube or TV feedback sound is already loud enough when it is 10-15.

I tried to troubleshoot following the instructions found on this community but none of them solved the issue.
