The volume on the system turns up to 100% automatically. Is there a fix for this?

You could make a diagnostic whithin 20 minutes after it happens and call Sonos about it.


Check the remote volume control is not stuck in the up position. Also check the touch controls on the Arc and/or disable them.

Until you establish the cause of this issue for you, you can also set a volume limit in the app.


Don’t use the Spotify app, it has been responsible for this for years.
