I have just recently upgraded my home broadband from Sky to a faster Vodofone Ultra. Before the upgrade the SONOS system was perfect. After the upgrade my my speakers are not connecting but only a certain few. In my living room I have the SONOS Arc, 2 x Play 1’s and a Sub. I have connected the Arc to to the router (WiFi) but the surround speakers connect and drop out. I have tried various ways to connect but nothing seems to work. Is there a simple and easy fix?

In a nutshell after speaking to both Vodafone and Sonos support, the older speakers don’t like the new WiFi 6 on the new routers.
