Im trying to connect mutlple system like below screenshot,
TV Room : Arc Ultra
Media Room : Era 300 + Sub
i use to connect both system like this to watch Movies, but its not working anymore
the app shows its both enabled, but i cant hear any audio from Media Room
note: i can able to play audio in Media Room seperate via AirPlay,
so i guess its not speaker issue
anyone had this issue ? any idea how to solve it?

i think i figured it out, its my wifi, i have split setup 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands
Arc was in 2.4 GHz and rest of the system in 5 GHz band, once i move the Arc in 5 GHz, its working now
i dont know how its happend, but all good now

That’s not normal. Have you checked to ensure all speakers are running the same firmware, by going in to check for updates? Not to the controller (although that might be part of it), but the software (firmware) running each speaker. If they don’t line up properly, you wouldn’t be able to group the rooms.
Your screenshot above shows “No content”. If you’re creating the group first, and have TV Autoplay set (for auto-selecting tv as the source when TV is powered on), make sure you’ve not set “Ungroup on Autoplay” too.
