I have a Playbar connected to my TV via a direct optical connection. The last time I looked there was a setting to fine tune audio output to account for out-of-sync video. I can’t find that setting in the new app. Has it been removed?

Hi
This feature hasn’t been removed but it has been moved. Previously you had to go into Settings → System → ‘Room’ to adjust it, now you just head into Settings → ‘Room’. The full steps are as follows:
- Open the Sonos app for iOS or Android
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Under My System, select the home theater product you want to adjust.
- In the Home Theater section, select TV Dialog Sync.
- Move the slider to the right to delay the audio until it is in sync with the video.
The above steps are for if the audio is ahead of the video. If the audio is behind the video, then you’ll want to follow the steps listed in our support article for TV audio and video being out of sync.
I hope this information helps!
