I just got a new Insignia Fire TV and I cannot get the remote to connect to my Sonos Ray sound bar. I’ve connected the Ray to Fire TV remote before, so I don’t know why this won’t work. I haven’t gotten anywhere with support through Sonos or Insignia.

Are you sure your current remote does support infrared? Some insignia ft remotes work via rf instead of ir.
