I can't get my Telus remote programmed to control the volume or mute on my soundbar. The tech tried a few programming codes with no luck. is anyone aware of more codes to try. 885 didn't work. Thanks

Which soundbar?
The PLAYBAR and Ray accepts IR codes, usually, once you’ve trained the system, whatever codes the TV uses, but Sonos doesn’t have its own codes.
The ARC connected soundbars (Beam, Arc, and Arc Ultra) work by receiving volume commands via ARC from the TV across the HDMI cable. Again, there are no ‘Sonos’ codes.
