system disappearing from sonos app

I have a surround sound system.  Every day, although music still plays the system disappears form the app and I go through the network update routine.  This is getting so regular that it is more than a nuisance.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks.

Thanks I now have and solved the problem it was a clash between the router and the mesh orbi. The router had not been set to “modem only”.

Would you be so kind as to define what you mean by ‘network update routine’?

Have you called Sonos Support to discuss it? If so, what did they suggest?
