I have an system arc + gen 3+ 2 sl that that have being working fine for almost 5 months. Some days ago the sub stop giving sound. Restore sub and arc to factory settings, reset app but with no luck.
When I connect the SL with the sub,the gen3 works fine, the problem is when I try to connect with arc. In the app everything is connected but gen 3 doesn't respond ( for example in mute the light stays white instead of turning green).
