Why will my Ray not connect to my network.  It shows Not Registered in my app, I go to register, go through the set up but it fails to connect to my network every time.

I use AT&T internet.  It’s your basic home wifi network.  I have the Sonos Beam as well as the SL1 speaker, they all installed easily on my wifi, the Ray simply will not connect.  


 Try signing out of your Sonos account then sign back in.


That’s the only thing that I have not done.  I’ll give it a go.
