one sl sonos regularly disconnect from surround.  composition: beam, sub and two one sl. When it is happening i have to restart all  one sl and reconnect them.
it also very difficult to connect the one sl to the beam. It takes a lot of time.

i buy them 2 weeks ago and surround was working two days.
I see this is a problem that has been around for a long time.
my mobile is an iPhone 12 pro max and the router is a Netgear Orbi RbK 23

when can we hope a solution ?

It sounds like a local network issue. Have you reviewed the wifi interference FAQ?

I would also recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing a disconnect, and call Sonos Support to discuss it, or post the diagnostic number here for a Community Moderator to pick up.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.
