I own a Sonos One and was saddened to learn that 1) I need to have a soundbar to use the Sonos One with a TV and 2) I need an analog input such as the the Play/Five/Connect/Port to use with my PC. Is the Sonos One Gen 2 compatible with any of the Sonos Gen 1 soundbars?

Compatible is a too vague of a word.  You can have your Sonos One as one room, and the Beam as another room connected to your TV.  If you want the One and Beam to be bonded together to act as a single room, then the One need to be setup as surround sound, and you need to a 2nd One along with it.

With two rooms setup in your system, you can group them together to play in sync.  For streaming sources, it will be perfect sync.  For TV sources, the Beam will play immediately to match the TV, but the One will be slightly delayed for buffering.
