Hi,

I did setup the speakers to the new Arc and Sub 4 today but the sound do lag, then the sound disappears a bit and then back again within seconds the whole time.

They are connected to 2,4 GHz 100/100 WiFi with full signal (sub also, only arc with cable), approx 5 meter from router.

What did I do wrong?

Solved, needed to activate WiFi on Arc

In the Sonos app, go to “Your System” and select the room associated with the Arc and post a screenshot of the devices listed under “Products”.

Did you keep WiFi enabled on all speakers in the Sonos app?

I didn’t do any settings with WiFi but when I installer them they asked to join WiFi which I did.

Try unplugging the Arc from power for about a minute. If this doesn’t make any difference, disconnect the ethernet cable from the Arc and put it in a wireless setup.

That bites a lot of folks, the switch is mislabeled as it doesn't just disable WiFi, but the whole radio, the one used for WiFi and the Sub and Surround link.

Been suggesting it be renamed in the Controller’s screen for many years due to issues like you just had.
