Sonos Beam frequently has no sound at all.

I have a Beam, Sub Mini, Panasonic OLED, SkyQ Mini Box and a Playststion 5 plugged in to the TV.  Occasionally when we turn the TV on or PlayStation on we get no sound from the Sonos at all.  We end up taking the HDMI out of the back of the Beam and back in again to resolve it.  Any suggestions to resolve this anyone?

Ensure tv Autoplay is turned on. Ensure tv software is up-to-date.
