Hello everyone,
at the moment i have 1x Sonos Beam and 1x Sonos One connected in a group.
When we watch TV the sound can sound a bit hollow to listen to. True tone is setup on both devices.
Can anyone explain how this comes and how to fix this?

It is likely the TV audio delay is causing that hollow/echo experience due to ‘group’ audio buffering. What should eradicate the issue is to ‘bond’ rather than ‘group’ the players, but to do that you first need two Sonos Ones, as the bonding process requires two surrounds as mentioned in these support links:

The Beam is playing in “real time” to maintain lip sync. But to play out to grouped speakers, Sonos runs a small buffer of about 70msec to ensure those in the group play in sync.
If you try with a streamed music source you’ll find they play in sync.

I just installed the surround speaker. But what is the best setting for the audio of the surrounds? Something like this? It was standard on 0 but then I only heard the beam haha. Can you guys show screenshots of your settings?

I just have the TV and Music level slider bars each set to their ‘0’ default setting. Can you perhaps show your HT room settings.
edit: Oh and I have music playback set to ‘FULL’ rather than ‘AMBIENT’, but that’s entirely up to you …and that setting applies to music audio only.

What do you mean with HT room settings?
btw I also notice that my tv is giving me stereo sound. When watching tv and when using the YouTube app. Anything to do about it?
The YouTube App is PCM stereo only, at least that’s my understanding. You can get YT audio to play on all speakers, if playing from a device with stereo upmixing to 5.1 surround audio. Such a feature is available on a Nvidia Shield device.
For other Apps like Netflix, Prime Movies etc; you may need to set the TV sound-out to either ‘Auto’, Dolby Digital Atmos/plus/5.1 depending on what your make/model of TV supports.
