Sonos ARC Ultra sound problems

After some weeks, the sound at certain frequencies is distorted and muffed. Went through all the steps from support and now I am waiting for a replacement. However, and based on all the users I see here with the same problem, I assume there is a design and engineering problem in the product. This speaks very bad about Sonos. I moved from a Sennheiser Ambeo Plus soundbar to Sonos as read multiple good reviews, but seems I made a big mistake...

Not sure what you are basing this on?  You had problems but didn’t asked here and now you come here just to basically advertise a competitor.

Edit:;

My apologies. I read this wrong. You’ve come here for help and the post below directs to a thread I’d not seen on Arc ultra issues. Seems there are some rogue units out there. Hopefully you get a good one and it sounds as good as it should.

Seems like an AI bot post to me.

Not really a fair response, they mentioned contacting support for a replacement and reading here about other users with similar issues.

We know nothing about the internal workings of the Sonos company, but if they haven't picked up the discussion of problems and manufacturing dates here I'd be surprised. How common/rare this is we can't know but they likely do.

I have been very lucky, everything Sonos has (eventually) worked and nothing has need a return/replacement.

I can sympathize with a new user with a couple thousand credit card charge and only a promise that a replacement will be shipped. The "I'll shoot the dog" posts are something I just ignore but many complaints are both expressing frustration and seeking help.

I think the original post here may be a copy of one in another topic, I'm on a small screen so I won't try to confirm that.
