Sonos Arc + Samsung Frame - hide power cord

Hi - looking for help as I haven’t found a solution online. I am hanging a Samsung Frame above a fireplace. I have power where the TV is going and would like to install a recessed box with power behind the TV. I need to mount a Sonos Arc underneath the TV and run power up to the TV that meets code. I don’t have power below or near the soundbar

A solution like Legrand or other dual outlets won’t work as I don’t see how that can hook into the recessed box. Seems as if a single connection option is needed - power from recessed box at TV down to soundbar.

i have to assume there is a solution. Any ideas someone could help with?

You should be able to remove the recessed box from the wall and access the wiring in it. 

Add a new outlet behind the Arc and just drop a in-wall rated wire down to it.
