sonos arc crackling when watching tv

Have had this setup since July and for awhile during some movies on cable tv HBO, Stars and others I will get a crackling through the Arc during voice parts. Doesn’t happen every time.

Apologies for the delay. I recommend you unplug your TV from power for at least a couple of minutes, then test again.
