Hi,

Anyone else having a “volume way too low” problem when listening to an Amazon Music Station and an Atmos track starts playing just after a non-Atmos track?

I've had this issue since Atmos Music was launched by Sonos & Amazon last December. I have been in constant contact with Sonos support since then, but they weren't able neither to acknowledge the problem nor to fix it.

What I know is that if I simply pause this Atmos track (which I can't barely listen to) and then resume it, the “volume way too low” issue is gone… until the next Atmos track comes in :-(

I'm trying to find out a pattern for troubleshooting.
