Secondhand Beam registered to another persons email - wont accept mine

I've bought a secondhand Beam and used my Router to connect using the S2 app. Once connected it automatically requests and update and won't let use my email account. I can't access the Settings to do a Transfer of Ownership, probably because it needs an update first.

Any help or should I just call Sonos?

@Stanley_4

Your advice worked perfectly. I had to Google the process and it was a very simple fix.

Thanks 😊
