Hi, I have a Sonos Ray connect to my Samsung TV the volume control on the Samsung. One remote does not seem to function using the optical output. I’m not able to control the volume. I’ve tried setting up the universal remote. It’s not recognising it in the option when I try doing the power test. It works when I connect my Spotify account to the Sonos Ray and I am able to control the volume using the Samsung one remote, but I can’t control the volume on the Samsung TV.
I have already researched the forum but couldn’t find a suitable solution that worked.
Please advise
