I have a new sonos setup (arc ultra, 2 300s, sub gen 4) with a new samsung s90d feeding content from an Apple TV 4K. I have the sonos wired via eArc and set to passthrough. During some content it kind of sounds like a micro stutter in the audio where for a fraction of a second the audio cuts. It's very short. Sonos and apple tv are hooked up via wireless. Cables seem fine, there are NO video stutters when this happens.

It's frustrating I can't seem to replicate it, just have to wait for it. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello @push, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear you are having audio interruptions while listening on your Sonos Home Theatre setup.

Do the interruptions happen when you use the Smart TV’s apps or just when playing content from the Apple TV 4K?

Have you tried a hard reboot of your TV and Sonos Arc Ultra to refresh the hardware and software connection? When TV is off, unplug the power cable from your TV and Sonos Arc Ultra, wait 2-3 minutes and then plug them back in.

Play whatever content as you normally do and, if the issue occurs, Submit Diagnostics within 10 minutes of it happening and then reach out to our Support Team for some live troubleshooting.

They have tools at their disposal to provide you with information and advice, specific to your system and what it reports.

I hope this helps.
