Hello all, I am Eric from Hong Kong.
I have a Sonos beam, sub and 2 Sonos one SL to form a 5.1 system.
My Sonos one SL on the right surround keeps dropping out, every time when it dropped out, I will to reboot it to make it back online.
It will only drop out when it is not in used, I never experience drop out when it is in use.
I have tried a wired connection (LAN cable connecting my beam and my router) or wireless mode, both modes cannot solve the issue.
I contacted the seller in HK, they already exchanged me a new one, but the drop out problem still exist, can anyone from Sonos Support please kindly help?

Router model: TP-link AX1500 Archer AX10 Wi-Fi 6 Router
TV: Sony KD-65X7000E
