I have the ray set up with surrounds, the comcast remote works to control the volume and is connected to the Ray. BUT, when I turn the volume up it also the volume up on the tv itself not just the system. If I turn the volume all the way down on the remote then use the app to turn up the system everything works properly. how do I get the TV to stop having sound coming directly from the tv speakers and only work with the sonos speakers?
