Hello community,
I have a sonos system s1 that works well and is not compatible with S2.
I bought a Ray that I connected to my TV with an optical cable that worked immediately.
I had the misfortune of wanting to synchronize it with the rest of my S1 system; I realized afterwards that the ray was not compatible (only S2)
I reset the ray hoping to erase everything and reconnect it to my TV and use it only for sound.
Since it flashes green but no longer works;
Can you please help me?
I hope I haven't planted everything
Response:
Resetting the Sonos Ray probably wasn’t what you wanted to do, but I suspect you know that now ;)
In order to ‘set up’ the Ray again, you’ll need to download the S2 client, and use that. Once the Ray is working with your TV again, you could delete the application if you wanted, but I’d leave it on your device and just not use it unless needed. But that’s entirely up to you.
