My beam has a knocking sound when I'm gaming on ps5.... How to I stop this? Very, very much appreciate a solution

Ps5 is run thru a Philips hue sync box.... Would that make a difference?

Possibly. Disconnect the Hue Sync box and see if the knocking sound goes away.

Digital Sound Output: Pass Through

eARC Support: Off

Set the PS5 settings to this:

Output Device: HDMI Device (AV amplifier)

HDMI Device Type: AV amplifier

Number of Channels: 5.1 ch

Audio Format (Priority): Dolby
