Hello,

 

I have recently acquired a Sub Mini for my room, wich is already including a Beam and 2 One SL

But when I try to add the Sub on the application, it’s impossible to find the wifi to connect. Every other step is working except this one. I have the possibility to put the wifi name myself, but didn’t work either.

I think that I can manage myself with tech, and I truly don’t understand what’s the problem.

The wifi is working fine, I tried to put the sub just next to the router, I made sure to have the 2.4 GHz ok.
Never had this before, and I quite don’t know what to do. I tried the support, but after one hour waiting for my turn, the support went off…

 

I have heard that the new app is having issues, and I don’t know if maybe this is the problem, of if it is coming from the sub itself ?
