Moderator edit: removed pictures with identifying information

The stupid app will not let me do anything else until this is done and it keeps doing this over and over again I reset it. I’ve turned it off. I’ve turned it back on. I reset the app. I reset the phone I reset the router. I reset the Wi-Fi. I reset my WAP Even though I knew most of those were a problem. Still the same thing and I can’t use anything until this is fixed 


Have you force closed the controller App? Temporarily wire PLAYBAR to the router.

What other SONOS units are on the network?

I suggest that you refrain from Factory Reset without further consult.
