I have two sonos speakers (Era 100) that I have hooked up for surround on my TV with a Beam (2nd Gen). Is it possible to use the Eros 100 Pair of speakers to listen to music independent of the soundbar?

Only if you remove the Era 100s as surrounds from the Beam first.
