Help!

I can’t get my play base connected no matter what I do, app keeps saying cannot find play base but my other bits(speakers) do show up and are working.

I have hardwired play base and even that isn’t picking up

Are any colours showing on the LED?

Other than “no matter what I do”, you haven’t said what you have tried.

It does sound like a hardware issue if you can’t connect and the app can’t detect it on Ethernet or wifi. Might be best to speak to Sonos support and see if they can help.
