I recently moved and the new house has a Sonos AMP (https://www.sonos.com/en-us/shop/amp) with in-ceiling speakers (https://www.sonos.com/en-us/shop/ceiling-speaker-pair).

The TV I have is a Samsung - 55" Class QN90A Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart TV (https://www.samsung.com/us/televisions-home-theater/tvs/samsung-neo-qled-4k/55-qn90a-neo-qled-4k-smart-tv-2021-qn55qn90aafxza/#benefits)
and a Samsung HW-Q600A soundbar. (https://www.samsung.com/us/televisions-home-theater/home-theater/sound-bars/hw-q600a-3-1-2ch-soundbar-w-dolby-atmos-dts-x-2021-hw-q600a-za/)

I am able to plug the Sonos AMP into the TV via HDMI eARC and can get audio there.
I am also able to plug the soundbar into the TV via HDMI eARC and can get audio there.

Is it possible to plug the Sonos AMP into the soundbar to get audio from the TV to play from both the soundbar and the sonos speakers?

I saw there is this https://www.sonos.com/en-us/shop/optical-audio-adapter but I want to know if it is even possible to get audio from both before I purchase the adapter.

Samsung TV’s require you to choose either optical or HDMI-ARC for audio output.  You can’t enable both.  Even if you could, there’s bound to be a timing issue causing echoes.  Also, why would one want to do this?  Making the same audio come out of more speakers isn’t surround sound, it’s the same audio coming from two different places, ruining any sound stage you may have.

Ok so the question should have been “can the sonos speakers be used as part of a surround sound system”.

No.  Only Sonos devices can be used for Sonos surround systems.
