I have Play1 and Playbar in my livingroom, the speakers are not Bluetooth. When I start up my working pc from my job, the are 4 high sound in the speakers. I dont have any Sonos on the computer because It's a work computer, and the noise comes even before the computer itself has started up, it comes as soon as I turn it on. It could also be some smart home thing messing around, but I've tried everything.

Likely, if none of your speaker are Bluetooth capable, that it’s some sort of wifi interference . But you’ve mentioned a Sonos One in your tags, as well as a PLAY:1 and a PLAYBAR in your text, which is confusing, since the Sonos One is indeed Bluetooth capable, and can easily be grouped with other speakers. Your best bet would be to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

If I remember correctly, the Sonos One (Gen 2) uses bluetooth for set up purposes only.

Try using the PC in a different outlet or slightly different physical location. Which SONOS units emit these sounds? Do any Volume settings have an effect? What happens if you disconnect input to PLAYBAR?

You may have RF issues with your computer, can you boot to the BIOS and see if you get the noise, that will eliminate Windows as a problem.

Is the Play 1 normally Grouped with PLAYBAR?

If this PC is a laptop you could try enclosing it and/or the charger in a metal tin during boot. This will prevent it from emitting any significant RF energy.

Does the loudness of the noise respond to Volume control settings?

You called them and they said nothing?

Remember sending a diagnostic does nothing but send data to Sonos, it does not trigger a support ticket, or even get looked at until you call support.
