pc library on sonos arc

trying to add music library friom pc to sonos arc wireless done it before but remobed it by mistake

now cant add it always cant connect

i know it plays because if i use windows cast to sonos 1 album plays

i use add new share

to logon windows i use pin or fingerprint scanner but pretty sure and pass is right.

i have music on drive c and drive d
