on a playbar and sub gen3 +gen 3 audio level issue's

Hi just to ask if any one has experienced issues 

On any set up with sub 3 gen + sun 3 gen ? I did have a main set up l8ke this and the second sun it lower volume  them the first ones , but I discovered thr second and setup in another room and work fine, I even try other subscribers but same issue, second one it's lower them the 1st one any body with this issue?

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with your second Sub not sounding as loud as the first.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Have you tried running Trueplay to see if it helps balance them?

Hi , yes I been trying changing  evrething, from update network,disinstal of app and star from scratch, change settings on phase, but so far no luck, even change bar and sub from another room and problem persistent its there

You say yes, but have you specifically run Trueplay?

On the app from my android  phone , does not show me the truplay feature

Hi , 

Yes i have firts contact support  since 15/01/25 but as today they still working on a solution, i think there's no many costumers experience  this type of issues , one's they have a real solution I will update it for future reference,
