No sound when set to English. Sonos Arc

I have a very new Sonos Arc and a Sony x800M2 which play through my 9 month old LG 65OLEDCS6

 

I have had no sound problems so far

 

I bought my first 4k disc to play. Close Encounters. It has 3 versions on it

 

I sat down tonight to pay it but there is no sound

There is sound when I start the DVD off and it goes through the pre-amble but when I select the version I want, and I have tried more than one version there is no sound.

 

English is the first option

I scrolled throught the others, French, Spanish, Japanese, Italian and German etc and when i select those languages there is sound

 

But when I select English again nothing

 

Very frustrating as I have waited a long time to get this disc.

 

Any thoughts. ?

Sorted.

I turned TV, 4k player and everyting else off

Turned it back on and hey presto. The sound came on during the film.

Very strange
