No sound on YouTube app only from Song Bravia TV. Other apps have no issues only YouTube. Tried to change to PCM but no avail. Thanks for your help

If you’re not getting sound when using the YouTube app and the others are fine, it leads me to believe the issue lies with the YouTube app, or even some TV settings. 

One of our users, GuitarSuperstar, suggested these settings for a Sony Bravia:

Speakers: Audio System
Audio System Prioritization: On
A/V Sync: On
eARC: Auto
Digital Audio Out: Auto 1
Dolby Digital Plus Output: Dolby Digital Plus
Pass Through Mode: Auto

If you have your TV settings set to this and try YouTube again, are you still getting no audio? If so, and you’re able to, try uninstalling the YouTube app on the TV then reinstalling it.

If none of the above help, submit a diagnostics while playing YouTube with no audio, then reach out to our support team for further troubleshooting.
