Has anyone had difficulty assigning a new Sub Gen 3 to the TV room or linking it to a new Beam? It will not connect despite checking wi Fi connection and the ususal processes. We upgraded from a Sub Mini which connected perfectly.

Sometimes a new speaker will need an update, so make sure the app and existing speakers are up to date before trying to connect the Sub again.

If that fails, try connecting the Sub to your router/network with a cable and try yo pair it again.

Lastly, if it still fails, remove the surrounds if you have some paired and try to pair the Sub again. After the Sub has joined the Beam, you can add the surrounds back to the system.
