Music Score Too Low In Movies

Hi, I’ve recently upgraded my soundbar from Beam 2 to the Arc Ultra and I’m finding, when watching movies that the soundtrack element is very low in the mix.  I have the Arc Ultra paired with two Era 300s and a Sub Mini but I seem to be getting very high levels for sound effects and very low volume levels for the music score.

Is there anything I can adjust to beef up the music?

You can play something where you see the problem, submit a diagnostic and call Sonos support.

Turning Trueplay on and off might make a difference.

Adjusting the dialog levels might also.

Thanks for replying.

Not sure what doing a diagnostic entails.  How does one do that?  I have the dialogue enhancement turned off so I don’t think that’s causing it.

Would be cool if people who don’t have this issue and have a similar speaker set up could share their settings.

Oh, and here’s the link to call Sonos Support to discuss it.

I have an Arc Ultra with Era-100s as surrounds and a Sub 4 so not very similar to yours. I do have the dialog enhancement set to high too. I'm not seeing anything similar to you issue.

Aside from the tone controls and Loudness toggle, about the only thing under user control are the Trueplay settings. Not likely these are just impacting the music part of the sound.
