My Arc Ultra and Era 100’s sound like an AM radio.Shallow, tinny, no presence. Wasted money but my Wife likes the voice command and whole house sound
Do I add a subwoofer or replace the 100’s with 300’s?

Seems like the audio being fed them is incorrect, or perhaps there is an internal issue. Before you add speakers to an already existing issue, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, their lawyers get sensitive about GDPR.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
