+6Hi, just set up a new LG OLED C4 with my new Beam gen 2.
when I configured system initially it didn’t work (just Beam and Sub) until I spotted in Sonos app beam needed to connect to tv. I then added 2 x play 1 as surround speakers. Now the eARC hdmi on TV is not being seen by the Beam.
any suggestions?

Ok, fixed!!!!
when I mentioned it had temporarily worked, this was a clue. Embarrassingly when I called the Currys Helpdesk they suggested turning cables around to check they are connected correctly. As the beams screwed to mount all I could do is wiggle the cable. When I checked, I got sound on the beam.
