No sound at all after set up. 
Sonos app saying set up is ok. 
Settings ”flashing” on tv. 
When hdmi disconnected from arc tv sound works ok. 

Which LG OLED TV is it and what precise ‘port’ are you using for the Arc?

Can you perhaps state any TV setting changes you have done so far, besides switching on Simplink if using the Arc/eARC port.

Also if you have any connected peripherals to the TV that have HDMI-CEC enabled in their settings.
