Inverse of Amp? Use both Beam and dumb speakers for TV audio?

I just bought a house that has existing in-ceiling dumb speakers, and I have a Beam. What I don’t have is $650 for an Amp (I just bought a damn house, I have negative money!). I don’t really need to connect the in-ceiling speakers to my Sonos system; is there a cheaper alternative that allows me to use the beam and the dumb speakers together just for TV audio?

Get the discontinued Connect:Amp (Gen 2). It is compatible with the S2 app, and you can find a used one on eBay for around $360.
