Integrating 3rd party rear surround speakers with sub 4

I just purchased an Arc Ultra, 1 Amp, and a Sub 4.  I also have a pair of in-ceiling 3rd party rear channel surrounds.

  • Can I use the same Amp for the Sub 4 and the 3rd party rear channel surrounds?

You don’t need the Amp to use the Sub 4.  The subwoofer out on the Amp is for 3rd party subs (and is deactivated when the Amp is used for surrounds).  Just follow the instructions to add the Sub 4 to the Arc Ultra.
