My Arc, Sub and 300’s drop music while playing from Spotify. They are connected as surrounds for my TV. Surrounded works with TV. Only family room drops after listening to music for a while. 

If they work with other streaming sources it may be Spotify.

You could wait for the issue, submit a diagnostic and call Sonos support with the number.
