My current configuration is a Beam (gen 2) and two overheads that I have connected to an amp as surrounds. With my configuration, is it possible to add the Era 300 as extended surrounds (for atmos)?

No, you can only have a single pair/Amp for surrounds. You would have to swap the 300s for the Amp.
