I have a new system with Beam (2nd gen) and 2 ERA 100 as surrounds. The first day of use they sounded great - then the back speakers started pulsing (wuh wuh wuh wuh). I’ve taken them back to factory reset, turned microphones off, reset WiFi connection - no change. completely unusable. Any ideas?

I suggest to send a diagnosis, note confirmation number and contact Sonos support team. They can take a look inside the data and hopefully find the reason.
