can I add a Sonos 5 gen 2 to the same system as a rear speaker.

No, Sonos only allows a pair of speakers as surrounds for each of their soundbars, including the Beam. You could set it up as a separate room, and group it, but it would be delayed by 75 ms from the home theater ‘room’, and wouldn’t be the surround data, but a conglomeration of all the speakers.
+18And if you could, 5.1 surround does not do rear centers, so there would not be a sound channel for it.
