Trying to connect Sonos beam via hdmi cable to my laptop but it isn’t displayed as an option in the speaker output.. Any solution? Thanks in advance.

The Beam requires an HDMI ARC or optical connection. If your laptop isn’t equipped with either, you need an audio converter/extractor like this:
