Connecting Beam gen 2 to a pair of Era100

Hi 

 

I have a Beam Gen 2 and today I purchased a Pair of ERA 100,s however I’m have trouble making them All connect together…. 
 

I have the Sonos app and it shows the ERA 100,s and the Beam Gen 2 but they won’t seem to connect to each other. Am I doing something wrong
